Lofi loop i ended up making in ableton today. Might be useful for somebody.

Using strike function on the cš-l wavefolder with tempi sequenced by rené passed through struck optomix erbe-verbe and mimeophon. Morphagene running max. Wave folder strike tempo. The secret´s in the erbe-verb marbling. (ratio between size, speed and pre-delay). Splice is morphagene oven-ready with markers set. Enjoy hot!.

Created a loop in audacity by hitting an old coca cola collectors glass with a spoon in several locations, altering the pitch of these sounds, and applying them in a rhythmic fashion. Ended up with a kinda creepy march-like sound.

Ok, obviously i'm not a percussionist. These are just a few takes i made with a borrowed plastic guiro. After a few single samples i included a clumsily played "quintillo" rhythm. Gear:. Neumann tlm-102arturia audiofuse interface. Format:. 48khz 24bitmono.

Wrote/recorded a short rock song at 120 bpm in ableton live 9:guitar recorded direct into a scarlett 18i20 then used guitar rig 5 plugin from native instruments. Ezbass for bass. Ezdrummer for drums. You could hear this rhythm in a place with several clocks; actually i got this 'clock rhythm' idea after hearing a cool beat made by three clocks. Sounds used found in the "clock tick rhythms pack.

Created using lmms ( linux multimedia studio ). Here i have used zynaddsubfx for the hoover type sound and 3 instances of glitch2 vst on the drum loop that i created. There is some compression, stereo widening and side-chaining used also. ( i used a higher resolution samplerate to export this file, which created a further glitch effect on the glitch2 vst,i believe it is maybe hardcoded to 41000hz or perhaps lmms can't handle higher sample rates on vst plugins ).

This one is a little extract from one of my experimental tracks. It was done on a cubase5 for pc, using vst instruments. No samples, genuine soundwork. It may be used for movie, documentary, radio, podcast, educational as well asfor your own inspiration to sample and remix it. Enjoy!.
