It's me saying, i don't get it.

This is an extended version. Bells play a hymn before striking 12 bells at midnight. A car passes by during the hymn. Light rain falling.

Laundromat ambience including the sound of front load washer running, an attendant making conversation, a plastic cup full of coins, and a game playing faintly on the radio.

This is a combination of plastic crackling, paper ripping and crumbling, sticks cracking and twisting, matches lighting, and a gas stove. All of which are moderately eqed and mixed in protools, but nothing is heavily processed. What is left is the illusion of a building fire.

This is my competition entry for earth. It is comprised of copies of a kick drum recording and a high hat recording i've done with some phase vocoder processing. This short sound is really about 7 tracks of layered audio.
