This is cheap table fan spinning around and moving from left to right. Recorded from top of the fan controllers with nokia 6. 2. Android phone. No processing, just boosted in audacity.
I designed an educational game where we had a spinning wheel, ala 'wheel of fortune' i created this sound to repeat as the wheel was turning and hitting each element.

This is a (mediocre) recording of gym lights being powered on. There is the distinct hum of the transformer/capacitor or whatever helps power them running in the background and then a distinctive click and electronic thud as the lights come on followed by the buzz of the overhead lights as they are warming up. Mp3 and wav files available. It's a pretty distinctive noise and i will try to get a better recording of it next time.

Recorded from my prop revolver and some random bullet casings i had lying around. I stitched my recordings together and here it is!. Feel free to use it in videos or games but be sure to credit me and send me a link!.
A marimba note being struck while thrown in to the air. Can't remember the mic that was used but it was a condensor mic. This was recorded in my room so unfortunately the signal to ambient noise ratio isn't great. The sound can be used for free (though it would be great to hear about what you do with it). It may not be re-distributed as it is, or as part of a compiled sound library.
A quarter spinning on a wooden surface. All my sounds are fully free to use, but please consider leaving a comment to let me know how you'll be using them. Just curious! :).
Sound of an object spinning or like a whirl. Recorded a person whistling, using a condenser mic. Then, in pro tools, added a flanger, phaser and reverb effects.
