This is was recorded with my olympus dm-520 voice recorder, uncompressed audio, and with the build in miks.

I decided to make some sci-fi (forbidden planet) inspired ambient sounds and i came up with this. I used harmor from image-line to create these sounds. I hope you like it!.

This sound is a mix of analog sound and digitally created sound. I recorded the sound of a coffee machine. Then on audacity, i generated a tone and modified its envelope. I changed the levels, added effects as reverberation and echo. I put melted at opening and closing in purpose to pretend something was taking off and landing. At first i wanted to create the atmosphere of a spaceship. But after that it looked more like a vacuum noise. I tried to modify amplification and added again echo and reverberation to make it sound more like a weird ufo. This is my rattle which i got when i was a child, in the party for kids. It is a nice souvenir of this times. It was recorded in a small room with zoom h2n (xy).

Three ceramic objects - a bowl, a bottle and a jug - clanking against each other, being handled and put down; at the end the bowl is scraped slightly and hit with a metalic object. Airplane, atr 72 (at72) flying by towards airfield at 300 m altitude. Atr 72 is a plane much like the dh8d, a twin engined propeller plane. Recorded at a quiet location (maybe only some birds). Observing point: 300 m from the side of the flying route (one has to look up about 45 degrees for the plane). Speed: about 250 to 280 km/h. This is the recording as it is, recorded with zoom h2n music-capable voicerecorder. The mode of the voicerecorder was just the good old ordinary left-right stereo recording (xy) not such things as mid-side or 4 channel etc. No compression used. I may have edited out some sudden bird sounds or beeps from the camera but that's of negigible influence on the sound. There is a slight hiss from a row of trees in the distance. Feel free to use. If you're happy with the recording, it only adds to the fun i already had of it.
