Six footsteps on grass with hiking boots. Each footstep is split by ~250 ms of silence. I layered a thud sound and me moving grass to make it. Recorded with a h4n 06/06/2020. Edited in audacity.

Walking a dog in a small forest park in a nice summer warm dry weather. Mainly you can hear footsteps, birds, sometimes the (midsized) dog going by and breathing. Rarely cars in distance. Very calm quiet track, the dog doesnt bark. Its more relaxing.

I made this recording by using a metal shovel and ramming it into the icy snow. The snow has been around for a couple months now and has been rained on and turned to tiny ice crystals. It sounds like it could be sand, grainy dirt or rock dust.

Heres some generic footstep sounds i recorded, enjoy guys. Recorded with sony hdr pj260v then edited using audacity.

Stomping on a big cement ground as hard a possible with a contact mic attached to the ground. The contact mic provides lots of bass so you can use this for punches, kicks, impacts, anything that can use a sweeter for impacts. I handmade my contact mic and recorded that into a h5. Varied hits on materials in my basement - cardboard boxes, a treadmill, wooden table, etc. . . Most of the sounds from this pack were extracted from a recording of me striking said objects with my palm. Because of proximity effect, i found some of these to be useful for the sound of an object hitting the ground.

Walking on a wooden floor with flip flops has a much different effect than walking on the same floor with different shoes.

This is a combination of a bunch of sounds to create a very close feeling digging and tearing through earth sound. Thick roots being torn, low rumble, a lot of layers. Used for a video of hands moving through dirt, digging, forming, etc.
