Slow deliberate walk up a set a concrete stairs in a concrete stairwell. Lots of reverb. Sounds a little ominous, like someone is coming to get you. Recorded indoors on a samsung galaxy s3 using recforge.

This series is done through layering and processing many samples of drum sounds i synthesised using various plugins namely xoxo's vst's and zynaddsubfx mixed with some old hardware samples i made a long time ago. There are 4 packs of the same series : perc snare kick and hats all using the same process.

Ambisonic 32bit float recording from a blacksmith shop. Nb! extreme dynamic range!!. You hear the mechanical bellow in the background. The blacksmith takes a glowing piece of iron, placing it on his anvil, and start hammering it. Done with a sennheiser ambeo vr ambisonic microphone, and a zoom f6 field recorder.

My neighbour is working at the second floor. Metal hit, pushing heavy stuff, crackings and vibrations by some human body mass at the old wood floor. In the second plan, we can hear passing a train and some cars. Quiet atmosphere with singular acoustic, like a sunday's work.

Used in a mix where someone gets hit in the head with a wooden stick. A very versatile sound. There's a bit of low-end resonance in the end of the hits. Me playing around with a belt clip on a tire gauge my dad gave me. The sounds are of me taking it off and putting it back on. Recorded autolevel via tascam dr-07 mkii xy pattern. Potential uses- grenade pins- firing pins on firearms (the clicking sound)- m1 garand clips if you're desperate in a wwii flick for school- possibly reverb trails for gunfire.

Recorded and processed at 24bit 48khz using the tascam dr-40 linear pcm recorder. Processing: gain-staging and soft high and low frequency filtering. No eq boost or cuts anywhere else. Also de-noised.
