Church bells ringing at noon in parthenay, a village of france. We can hear some little birds singing at the begining: this add a "village" ambience. This sound was recorded with an iphone 6.

The bells were part of an art installation from yougoslavian artist stipo pranyko, who was having a retrospective at tea, in santa cruz de tenerife. This was recorded in the big halls of the museum, that's why there's so much reverb. Recorded with a zomm h4 n.

This is a recording of a church bell ringing before the evening service. Bell is playing a slightly flat b3 (around 240hz) with nice harmonics (very loud at d4). I was recording it on my laptop from the yard behind the church using two shure ksm32 large condenser mics and a rme fireface uc. Hpf at 60hz, no postprocessing.

Quick clip of a bonus performance following saint mark's compline service. Sat about arms reach away from the organist which is why you can hear a click/thumping noise from the wooden pedals that control the larger pipes. The zoom started clipping towards the end from the boom of the organ. Looking for the organist's name.

This is my new rotary-valved cornet with german valves and a 1913 holton bell all plated in gold and white rhodium. The sample was recorded in a large church in north carolina. With the help of bill jones i designed this horn and dr. Jones built it. It starts loud at a forte but then plays some quieter phrases around a mezzo piano.
