A loop from a project i never finished.

I improvised on my organ and this is the result!.

All i did is that i recorded and played a little riff on my violin with my ipad, and then add some reverb, and delay effects in audacity. (very eerie-like, but pretty). This kind of reverb used in the beginning and end of the riff is a cathedral room-like sound, and a few seconds of delay. I used mostly double-stops during the riff. Enjoy.

Whole process of taking out a cello from its synthetic sheath (a lot of rustling resulting from this) and then manipulating it, adjusting its leg. Mic: schoeps c-mit 5.

Strega almost reproducing the organ at the royal albert hall (ha ha ha!). Just a sequence from 0-ctrl fed into rings, strega and karplus-strong (mu) of mimeophon. Octave lower reproduction using morphagene. Erbe-verbe adds depth. Outs to x-pan. Rendered @48khz 32bit with markers for all you morphagene fans out there. Recording of a middle school band short performance. Starts with piano for the intro, then goes into a group of out of tune stringed instruments sounding a lot like "twinkle twinkle little star" followed by polite audience applause, and ending with an audience member's cough.

The title of the loop is green diamond loop. I made the score in maestro. I orchestrated in fl studio + fxs.

It's zynaddsubfx custom patch piped through a ir convlolution reverb played with a midi keyboard. Eqd, compressed and limited using audacity.

Originally contributed by freesound user juskiddink, this series of two blasts on a finnish birch bark horn has been shortened and tightened for use as a ring tone. It's a long, organic and haunting two-tone call echoing in the forest night; a clear alternative to the mechanical and tightly musical ringtones out there, and one i like a lot. Edited to wrap nicely for a continuing repeat.
