I went out back to record the robin and also noticed a smaller pileated woodpecker right over on the wood pile. Listen hard and you'll hear it peck the wood. That's the first sound you hear along with the robin and my neighbors kids. Recorded on my yamaha pocketrak and edited on sony vegas with two track duplications. A one-year-old american baby girl fusses and cries over a dropped toy. Various perspectives as the baby turns away from the microphone, puts her hand in her mouth, etc. Recorded in 2011 at 48khz / 24bit with an electrovoice cl-42 shotgun mic into a zoom h4n portable recorder.
Kid around 4 year old crying (tantrum) outside in the distance echoing among buildings. Some city rumble in background. I edited the sound to remove the mother's voice. Use an high-pass filter 120hz to diminish city rumble. Recorded with zoom h4n-pro 48 khz / 24 bit. Use freely on your personal commercial and non-commercial projects. Don't put this raw sounds/files on youtube or anywhere else. You can use them in creative way as a part of art-form, but not "re-distribute" as (royalty free) stock material. Thank you.
