Inspired by ben croshaw's point 'n' click horror adventure games, i decided i'd try and see if i can make my own creepy whispers using audacity. This is basically some whispered lines and some really low-volume screams superimposed on one another, with some of these lines reversed. I made this on march 2012 and was recorded on my netbook's slightly damaged built-in mic.

This is a song i did on my keyboard of the classic song that was played at my uncles funeral when he died.

Had to record a bunch of samples for some stuff i'm working on, thought it might be useful to someone so i'll be uploading various things.

This is not the actual sound of a bug being killed. That is a much shorter sound. This is the sound that comes when the bug zapper is first plugged in. It's the startup sound. I use it for my text notification. My wife says that it sounds like a fart.

Retro, death! doesn't necessarily have to be death though!. This gives a retro-feeling, for example when the player character has been swallowed by the depths of the ocean, or has been dragged by a black hole, or fallen somewhere, or spiraled generally! in other words - gone and/or dead!. This use to be a song i was trying to write. . . I failed miserably at the song but played around with some ambiance i created by accident and turned it into a piece or sound design instead. Good for a scene change in a horror film i suppose.
