A stereo recording of rain falling on my car window. Recorded inside my car with 2 nt5's positioned about 1/2 foot from the window. The rain drips harder at the end. A satisfying slow-drip of water droplets. Recorded in an old shower with an h1 zoom. There's a click near the beginning, and a section near the middle where the droplets speed up, so if you want to use it for ambiance a little editing may be required.

No reverberation of the drip2 sample. "plippy". Legend:. "plippy" - short, low attack, low release. "ba-doom-umf" - heavy bass, similar to a large mass object being dipped underwater. Low attack, medium decay, low-medium sustain, low release. "slappy" - self-explantory, low attack but high release. "no-oh-wah" - sort of surreal acoustic profile. A combination of low attack, low sustain and release.

A reverberation of the drip2 sample. A "ploppy" drip similar to a distant sound of a shower. . . Or of something indecent.

Created by shaking my water bottle that was almost empty. Unfortunately i can't seem to export it as high quality as it sounds within garageband, but hopefully its good enough!.

This is a recording i made during a lull in a storm, i recorded in ortf configuration with a pair of akg c1000's through a mixpre-6. I pointed the mics at my neighbour's house which had an overflowing gutter/drainpipe making the water slap on to the concrete. Recorded 2017 in melbourne australia.
