A diesel locomotive pulling about a dozen cars passes with whistle and the clacking of the wheels on the tracks. Stereo recording with edirol r-09.

This is the arrival of the class 40 locomotive into bury station on the east lancashire railway. The sound was recorded from bury south signal box as the train rounded the curve into bury bolton st station. This was recorded on the h4n. The date of the recording was 12th january 2013.

Could be used as an effect for a suppressed machine pistol like an mp5 or ump 45. Sound is a dry fire of an air rifle recorded with a samsung hmx-f90 and edited with windows movie maker to achieve a high rate of fire effect.
