Quiet water dripping from a kitchen sink tap, with a rate going from approximately 99bpm down to 94bpm by the end of the recording. Captured with my smartphone's voice notes app. There's also some human voices in the background, possibly from another room or a tv.

Alert (!) or surprise sound effect directly inspired by the popular sound from metal gear solid. Performed live not quantized or synchronized to any particular tempo. The notes used in this performance should be the same notes used in the original game's sound (unconfirmed) detuned a few cents upward. Various kitchen noises. I recorded this while making foley for a film recently. It's intentionally roomy and captured from medium distance which was the position of the listener. There's no significant background roomtone (no traffic, fridge hum or voices), just the exagerated cutlery movements, glasses and cups clingings, water sink, cabinets, fridge door and stuff. I recorded this using my sony cyber-shot camera. All i did was just play around in the sink and got some sounds from pulling the plug a few times to get some gurgling sounds and such. Hope this is useful!.
