A simple phrase "when my work is finished, than i'm coming back for you!" in a dark undead-ish voice. Recorded with a cheap desktop mic and fiddled with in audacity. This is a slightly different version with an echo effect applied in the reversed sample rather than the normal.

I made this with my keyboard and some pre-set synths on garageband. I think it has a really video game vibe to it, almost like something from system shock or half-life or something like that.

Some synth thing i made for a track i was working on. It's a layer of a few different oscillators tuned a certain way to sound harsh. . . Then ran it through a hpf to make it ggrroowwll. . !!!!! and of course a lil echo and stuff. .

Heavy rain falling on a ceramic planter (pot?), making high and low harmonics. Rec with a marantz pmd 661, internal mic, stereo.

This is a mee mee song thing i made up (not the ones from the muppets) it is very short but fun!.

Ambience for a musical soundscape for a production of antigone.

My 3mth old scottish fold purring very loudly.

A set of variations of a scary soundscape. May come in handy if you find an alien artifact and you want to show it on youtube and need some acoustic colours for it. Entirely made on a pc with software. No mic or instrument used. Most of the software i used for this is available for free. Mainly used: antopya, chimera and the alchemy player. .

First attempt at recording with audacity and my new keyboard. All sounds are bone-stock from the mx49. I've only added a little reverb in one 15-second section of the piece. I didn't intend to do anything in particular, just checking out sounds on the keys and getting familiar with audacity. I think of it as a 21st century version of the beatles "revolution 9". I suppose you could say this is a bit science-fictiony. Kinda like background noise if you were alone in an abandoned space station or starship with the sound of machines and whatnot around you. And as an added bonus, it is a perfect loop. Recorded with a yescom pro studio condenser microphone using my own voice. Used audacity for editing.
