I created these sound effects using audacity and my own equipment.

Inspired from the sniper scene in "saving private ryan,". These are sound recordings of a heavy storm that entered los angeles. A compressor and equalizer was added to emphasize the rain in the gutter. Used to your preference, add rocks, gun loading, battle etc and you'll have an award winning film. Recorded using a tascam dr07 mk2 x/y stereo config. 24bit 96khz, down-sampled to 16 bit wav. Feel free to credit,comment and suggest further recordings for your need. A simple music piece using spitfire audio labs.

This audio was originally created for a ww2 game, but i thought i'd post it here as well. A watermelon was used to create the gore effect.

Recorded with a single rode nt1-a microphone. I am not sure what these men were doing but there were some scraping/dragging sounds on the roof outside my window. There are many aeroplanes where i live but i have tried minimising this with some mid-range eqing.

This was originally a friend's cat meowing but it has been processed heavily. First, it was put through a granulizer and the pitch was dropped -2 octaves. The sample was then panned l-r using automation, and bitcrushed. Lastly, to get a slight detuned feel, i added a chorus effect. This sample sounds even better with some convolution or hall reverb but i left this effect out since it's usually a effect users want total control over. The end result is a strange, alien sounding noise.
