This is a recording of my voice saying "hello" in spanish with a lot of background noise. The target is to filter this recording using the new xft (extended fourier transform). Check out the file "holaxft. Wav" to hear the filtered version and please comment.

This is the second part of an audio filtering project (in general, signal processing). This sample shows a noisy recording of my voice, after transforming the signal using the xft (extended fourier transform), applying a filter to cut some frequencies and later applying the inverse xft. All this done with an algorithm in matlab or mathematica written by me. Check the recording before the filtering process by hearing the file "holaoriginal. Wav" and please comment.

Finally, i successfully created a sawtooth in the fourier domain using only c code (fftw and sndfile). I know this sound is super trivial, but i'm kinda proud of myself.

It's painful but it had to be done. . . Here's the field record of a demolition plant in the paris suburb of pantin. An old factory is beeing reduced to dust, prior to some housing developements. On this recording, you can hear one excavator actually tearing down the building while another one is sorting junk in the backyard. Recorded with a zomm h2n in x/y stereo mode.
