Some noise i made with a slide, various effects and messing with weird tuning.

Rain as heard from inside an empty car parked on the road on the outskirts of a city. Occasional cars passing. Olympus ls-5, internal capsules, no filtering.

I've fiddled with this sound for a while, its 22 layers of base tones, atmosphere and static blended together to create a heavy, powerful sounding beam weapon. The finish is a slowed, lowered and reverberated tone from a french horn.

I recorded this rainy ambience from my balcony at around 2:00 am. This place is located on the outskirts of delhi, india. Although it never happens that it rains in winter, but sometimes it does. With recent heat waves, we've had some pretty intense thunderstorms here in france. I captured that moment in my backyard the other night. 24 / 48 amb sound. Around -35 lufs int. Spaced omni, about 30 cm (uši pro w/ windbubbles) + mixpre-6free to use in any project.

I layered three different snare drum takes to achieve this one. All three of those takes are from a ludwig black beauty. I did a close, stereo overhead, and stereo room mic configuration. Originally recorded/used for an 80s cover song i've been working on. Sounded nice in the mix so i thought i'd throw it on here. -yellowtree.
