This is perfect for small to medium-sized crowds and the like. ~. Nearly 15 min of children playing and screaming in a school yard in central copenhagen(denmark). Not any obvious language though. Has a natural ending when the kids go back to class. Zoom h1 and mastered with supreme analog gear.

The only way to get good classroom ambiance is to record it in a classroom. That's exactly what this is. Recorded in a classroom as the students were studying and the teacher was quietly walking around. You'll hear a few random noises, some papers shuffling, some very muffled dialog, an air conditioner in the background.

There is this steam clock in gastown vancouver, that sounded a touch like one of those school bells in anime. This is a reworking of that sound, made into a ringtone/alarm sound. Field-recording bell.

Second analog drum loop using white noise.

A few kicks and snares synthesized a long time ago on a novation xiosynth 25, could be useful for sound-design and sample layering, they have an analog drum machine feel to it.

This is a classic hip-hop sound made by playing a snare forwards then backwards, with a hi-hat from the same sample played the same way for added effect. Drum sounds are from an old-school soul sounding drum break i found on soulseek. I created this in ableton.

This is my four years old kid singing a long version of the abc's song. The idea of this version is to learn the sounds of every letter in the alphabet. The voice was recorded using the app "tape" by focusrite, with the an ipad's microphone without using any metronome or background track. The song was recorded in february 2014, in quito ecuador.
