The national anthem of the United States "The Star-Spangled Banner", preceded by four ruffles and flourishes (as sometimes played for the President of the United States instead of "Hail to the Chief") and performed by the United States Navy Band's Ceremonial Band. Featured on the 1990s album Music For Honors and Ceremonies.
