I moved everything out of my bathroom for cleaning and noticed the acoustics sounded nice, so i decided to get a quick recording of my shower. The equipment i used was a laptop with a rode nt1-a and a sennheiser md 421-2.

Recorded a clap in my bathroom with no shower door or curtain with a zoom zh1 @ 96khz 32bit, denoised with izotope rx, flattened spectrum slightly by matching with pink noise.

B) a more advanced patchtriggers from env. Follow. Feed with cv from jerkoff (chaos)noise to a slew controlled by a sloth lfos/h to oscosc to vcathe vca is controlled by the same lfo as the slew but inverted!. Evaluation of patch/soundone cycle is - cycles? about 1min - goodonly short sounds - no, and thats goodamplitude variation - fairly goodpitch variation - yes, goodtimbre variation - not bad at allmusical value - i should consider this musicalentertaining - think so, yes.

Came up with a drumbeat in garageband and soon after a bassline that fit the drums. Added "satan", some handclaps and oriented kind of sounds. Also did a darker mid-part to make a feeling of something bad happening. Did it for something called victors crypt on youtube. Think it would fit to anything dark and cool. This is an alternate recording i took on 04/26/2014, on microcassette, of an art installation in madison, wi titled "asylum," created by marina kelly and megan katz. This was taken at the same time as the cassette recording i uploaded previously; if asked by kelly or katz i will respectfully take both down. "asylum" was a temporary art installation located in the tenney park passageway under east johnson street. From what i saw when i was there, it was just a speaker or two playing some ambient sounds. These sounds could have been generated based on environmental input, but due to lack of evidence i can't conclusively say that was indeed the case. I was in a bad mood on this recording so apologies for the negativity/language.

I get annoyed easily when i hear someone telling me what to do. It gets me in trouble. This was a while ago. I hadn't ever been caught at that point, and he was the one recording. He actually got me started on that. Of course, i had taken off the offending articles of clothing and kicked off my sneakers, and was locked outside my own front door that way. Of course i couldn't go anywhere, and the only unlocked window had an air conditioner in it. Yes i did. Right over the top of it, might have looked pretty clumsy, at least…i know it was risky but not as bad as standing out there. Luckily it was a back window. Unluckily, it was raining. Hard. Should have let him build that fence.
