Some footsteps on crunchy dry leaves.

A difficult recording of a train engine leaving the rest of the train during a stop. Recorded with a tascam dr-40 during the summer in rural greece.

These footsteps were recorded on my backyard pathway that was full of leaves. Its a mono 44. 1k/16-bit recording using an akg perception 220. It was recorded very early in the morning to avoid city noises like cars and dogs barking.

This is a narrated soundwalk on a hill. It involves wind blowing leaves and trees, and a very weird bird sound that i can not identify. I walked back and forth between the area where this sound was recorded. There's always the sound of my walking and miscellaneous sounds i may not have mentioned in the minute.

Raking leaves: the sound of leaves being raked. Leaves rattling on the ground. Recorded with a zoom h6 (rode ntg-2). Recorded in a room with good acoustic. This sound can be used for someone working in the garden.

Used torn up paper to make it sound like someone is walking through leaves. A zoom h2n handy recorder was used to capture the sound and basic editing was performed in garageband. (breanna c. ).

This was recorded inside the studio using a poplar branch with dried leaves.

Recorded in ny at 3:30 pm with a sound devices mix pre-3 and an audio-technica bp4025 microphone (with a rode blimp windshield). Sounds heard include wind and falling/rustling leaves.

A sample that was made completely by accident. I was recording outside my local park and trying to capture the bird calls (with a semi-successful effort - too much motorway noise is a bit of a bummer) one morning and aimed my uchó pro at the ground as i stood on a sludgey leaves and wet sticks with the input too high - overdriving it but also somehow making a gore sound effect. When i imported it to reaper, time-shifting it - i spotted the unique flavor of crunchiness and wetness it gave.
