I call this my flash boom. It's a sub plus a pitch shifted snare that i created on my track "a flash of light by the shore" use it to create dynamics on a hit or whatever you want. Give a shout out to stark for machines and have fun! :). - chris.

A neighbor of mine might have just peed in his pants if he couldn't shoot off his illegal commercial fireworks before the fourth. So, july first, his manly outpouring of window-rattling bomb blasts echoed across an entire valley. For nearly two hours. I like fireworks. When i go to see 'em. Not so much when i can't get away from them. Sure, i could have gone shopping, or out for a drink. I recorded it instead. This particular explosion is just the largest of those that came after i started recording. It's just a lowly iphone but it does pretty well. Admittedly, even with no amplification it might have been too much for the microphone. You have the clear launch sound followed by burst and echo. The same blast kicks off the other fireworks file i am uploading.

This is a mixture of thunderclaps that i compiled in audacity to create a loud and continuous thunderstorm sound. This sound mix is for anyone looking for a severe thunderstorm sound.

This is the version without any amplification added. I just felt the amplified version gave it more "umph" but decided to ultimately leave it up to whoever decides to use 'em.

A breakbeat i created with vsti dr-008 808 hits in jeskola buzz, compressed for extra boom and eq'd to pump up the bass. C3 126 bpm.

I recorded some fireworks on new years day by my sony stereo dictaphone. The original recording was a wav file but i converted into mp3 file in order to save space.
