Minimal dance drumloop techno electro house club bounce drop trance rave.

Simple beat loop with heavy reverb.

Closed hi-hat with reverb.

I was fiddling around with an analog synth that went into a peavey km50 keyboard amp and i made this soundit has loads of pitch editing giving it the house-ey feel to it and i think it was an fmaj5/9 chord with extra 6ths and 4ths.

Kick drum created by merging, individual equalizing and compressing two others very different kicks. It works effectivly creating new kick drums superimposing the lower frequencies of one and the higher frequencies from another. Then group then and compress in order to melt them as they sound as one.

This acid loop was created in cubase 10 years ago at 112 bpm with a free vsti called rubber duck. I've added lfo filters to move the sound across the eq ranges, together with reverb and an 80s ballad amplitube effect. Compressed to equalize the output.

These will go well with any electronic or rap sound, or layered with acoustic drums for pop-rock or indie music. Apx half or more of the sounds were generated by me from one of my synths, and most of the others have been heavily altered from a "606" drum machine. Email me for the full library (free).

I took an almagmation of freesound samples and loops. I then attempted to fit them together into something that resembles a chilled dubstep tune. The people that feature are:. The apollonia is a mechanized organ and music machine. It was built in 1926 and resides in the musical instrument museum (phoeniz, arizona). It takes up the space of an entire wall. Tech notes: this is a stereo recording made with a sony pcm-d50 (onboard mics, close xy pattern). I failed to notice that the low-cut filter was engaged on the recorder, so the full bass range of the instrument was not properly captured. You'll need to hear it for yourself in person!.
