I wrote a beat with a beat bass and percussion, then i've added the sound of synth and it looks completely. It sounds like broken, but i like it. Could be in the base of the track in a style like: world/dub or something else.

Minimalist house track i made in renoise.

Lots of strong bass on this set. The bass sound was produced by lowering the frequency to about 20 on reaktor - arobic. Amazingly, it sounds fun.

Maybe this is a bit too loud. The overdrive and the crazy percussion instruments adds a bit too much on this loop. I think it needs to be refined.

This is a variation of the loop: 005 from the mitosis pack. The odd bass sound (or melody) is the result of tweaking too much with the modulation.

The mitosis pack contains several loops with melodies. I removed the modulation and let the bass run without changing a pitch for this loop. See also loops 005 and 6.

Finally, another normal loop. Nothing much again, but the difference is significant.

Acid bass: 110 bpm c2 note, not your typical saw/square basslines. High sweeping filters in parallel sampled in ableton using massive, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random presets, and very little other effects used, mostly so this sample can be re-sampled. 110 bpm so it can be pitched up which is usually better then having to pitch samples down. Blip random: c2 note, random short blip sounds from synplant. Sampled into ableton as atonal as possible with a bit of effects, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random seeds in synplant, and very little other effects used. Crazy sounds is what i do. Check out my songs on soundcloud :d.

Blip trails: c2 note, random blip sounds with fast attacks and short trails using massive. Sampled into ableton with just a touch of reverb to help the trail smooth out, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random parameters in massive, and very little other effects used. I used some compression and a bit of eq to make it sound like something you'll hear on a gaming console machine. However, the audio spikes from the high freq took me a while to cut off. Can't figure out why it does that but in my opinion it still sounds good :).
