These are two guitar solo outtakes from a guest guitar session i was asked to be on. They essentially wanted that early era slayer vibe where there is more cacophonous noise than structure. I think i recorded 15-20 for two sections in one song. They chose two other files and this was the one i liked best to keep as a memento. I am the creator and owner of the audio contained within the file. I know guitarists these days want to sound like an andy sneap plugin, but this may give someone a different idea. Within the context of the song they were for they fit well. I'm not apologizing for the playing or quality of the recording. Just something i did for a friend that took me 4x as long to set up than total time under the red light. It was fun.

Blok modular set to bang on random keys/throw random parameters in various places. Sort of a kind of fm synthesis but i'm pretty sure blok can do a lot of extra things like place filters/waveshapers after the modulator but before the main oscillator. Don't want to give away much else but you can improv random textures by drawing in a waveshaper window/right-click to drag the drawing from one side to another. Also you can use the atan button to scale the notes on some sort of curve by distorting the note values. I could've added delay/reverb/eq/ ambience but i wanted it to be as dry as possible because that's personally what i look for, raw sounds that you can choose to change if you like. No edits aside from normalizing the. Wav file.

Sound recording of a two tier mini waterfall into my small fish pond. Recorded with a tascam dr-07 mk ii. 24 bit, 44. 1 khz, stereo. First 10 seconds is the raw recording. Note the 60 hz hum due to the water pump being just under the water fall splash area. The last 20 seconds is the processed audio using ableton live 8 affects rack and the following affects. 1. Notch filter – 60 hz applied two times. 2. Lp filter –knee at 1 khz3. Hp filter-knee at about 3. 2 khz4. Granular delay – bubbling sound5. Chorus audio effect-snap, crackly sound. 6. Reverb-cave echo affect-high wet/dry7. Utility- for stereo width.

This is a first in a series of loops made with the x-base09 drum-kit i have posted long time ago, i thought this would be a nice addition. Loops will be mainly processed in live9. Information will be available depending on the loop. This loop is a dry unprocessed loop, all i did was reduce the release on one of the kicks, as it has a long delay, and i didn't want that in the background of this loop, some midi velocity on the hi-hats, and i added a groove (chachacha) with only 10% quantization. This first loop was mainly to show the original sound of the individual hits as they where recorded, playing as a loop to give you a better picture of the sounds and therefore i added it to the x-base kit instead of x-base loop pack.

I was bored and made this loop on fl studio (jumpscare warning at the end). Stems in order: kick, snare, shaker, transition, unlayered loop and the original sound that i made the unlayered loop from (some motor sound that i recorded). =========================================for anyone that might wanna recreate the unlayered loop, i made it using eq, some valhalla delay preset called magenta, gross beat plugin (chaos 4/drum loop), a plugin called "pancz" by oversampled (add punch & flavour preset), gross beat again (complex 10/drum loop) and little bit of bitcrush using fx(effector fx module). Original motor sound that i used for making thishttps://freesound. Org/people/the_isot_is_back/sounds/640146/.

A bit of music i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. It's a bass-driven bit with 2 parts, like vers and chorus. First it's a big-sounding piece with strings, guitars and a lot of sounds with delay. The other bit is more "naked" with the bass coming thru. Think it would work as an intro to anything. Or in a scary pod, film, game or whatever you can think of. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). A bit of spooky music i made in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. I made some chords and tones with an organ-sound with a lot of delay and effects on it. Added other eerie sounding noises and voila, a scary bit of music. Think it would fit anything creepy, scary, haunted. Fantasy, horror, terrifying, dystopia or whatever comes to mind. This is an edited field recording that i used in a track of mine. I recorded it at the zoom natural park, near torino, italy. It's actually 4 tracks of waterfalls and birds signing, with a little delay on the birds. It's made to loop around itself unnoticeably. If someone is interested, i'm willing to release the whole field recording. It's 7 tracks, but very little of it is devoid of external noise. If you like this but don't like my edit/would like more control over it, please comment. I can and will upload at least the 4 tracks i used to make this one. Learn more about zoom: http://www. Zoomtorino. Itlisten to the track i composed using this: http://soundcloud. Com/zoomtorino/injohannesburg-aware/. My track is going to be featured in the park throughout the summer! isn't that great? :).

Some spooky music i made in garageband for a thing called victors crypt!. It's a wailing electric guitar with some organs in the back creating a scary sound. It's a lot of reverb, echo and delay on it. I think of a creepy crypt with blood on floor and walls. Like something really bad just happens. . . . I believe it would fit anything creepy, scary, haunted. Fantasy, horror, terrifying, dystopia or whatever comes to mind. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Be cool, watch and subscribe to victors crypt:https://www. Youtube. A looping lo-fi excerpt of felineterror's song 'r-s 5'. There is alot going on under the hood here, everything from an analog bass exciter, feeding into a audio rectifier, creating that unique bass tone. A highpass filter, feeding into a delay. And then a tape emulator, featuring frequency loss, tape degradation and wow'n'flutter. Other versions of this remix:. . Since my ears can't hear any frequencies above 14khz (please remember to wear ear defenders around loud machinery! thank you. <3), i can't hear tape hiss very clearly, and are afraid i might overdo the volume. Therefore i think its best to leave any tape hiss up to you, if you want any, there's plenty of recordings here on freesound, for example this one (cc-0). 120 bpm | original by felineterroruse this however you like!. Have fun, see you on the other side!.

Welcome to the asylum !this creepy sound is the recording sound of laughts that i cut to work with other sound to immerse us in a creepy atmosphere of mental asylum. I transformed the laughs in tears by reducing speed, and a delay to add an effect of inaccuracy.

This helicopter sound design was created at fl studio, in the sytrus synthesizer. The sound consists of four layers. 1. Sine wave frequency of 44 hz. Simulates the low frequency noise of propeller blades. 2. White noise passed through the svf filter. Simulates the noise of propeller blades. 3. Saw wave. Simulates the sound of an engine. 4. The sine wave. Imitates a high-frequency whistle of the engine. Various modulations are applied to all waves through the envelopes of the synthesizer. Next, the signal on the mixer channel is processed by a multi-band exciter and equalizer. Then a signal was sent to two channels with delay processing. One of them imitates reflections. In the lower-middle frequency range. On the second in the upper-middle frequency range. As you approach the sound source, the volume parameters of the direct and reflected signals are automated, low pass filter, pan width and equalization of direct sound. The helicopter performs strange maneuvers, as if making constant circles during the approach to the listener. I did not seek to create the veracity of these maneuvers.

. A very mellow and ambient music loop. Completely seamless. It has a horrid start because of the whole seamless loop stuff, please read further down. . . The piano piece is one of orangefreesounds' many beautiful looping piano melodies. I added some effects and an ambient mellotron using the free, but stunning redtron se vst instrument, which uses recorded samples of a real mellotron. Highly recommended if you are looking for an authentic mellotron sound. . . Please excuse the rough start, the reason why it sounds so weird is because it is a prefect loop, that means that everything, including all the effects, loops perfectly. What you hear in the very start is the reverb and delay effects from the end carrying over to the start. It will sound completely seamless once looped!. . It might not sound good as a preview, so i recommend to download and listen to it on your own device, as the website has a bad habit of compressing and adding a bunch of annoying squeaking sounds to the audio. .

Original file name: abstract hip hop beat 1 - 28 september 2012specs: 140 bpm, stereo, 48000 hz, 24 bit, wav formatdescription: an abstract hip hop beat loop programmed into propellerhead's reason redrum. Used the 'abstract hip hop kit' samples that come with reason's soundbank. First part of loop is dry with no effects except eq, second part is more processed. Sample pattern: a1 x2 | a2 x2effects: equalized all the samples. First half is dry in that no extra effects apart from eq are used; second part of the loop is actually two copies of the same loop with one of them containing extreme compression after some unison (detuning) and ~30ms delay. Contact (pm) me if you want any changes to this sample (please include freesound sample number 166029). You can use this commercially with proper crediting, but please let me know where and how you use it - seeing this used will really make me happy. :).

Circle of 5ths loop compiled on a 2015 macbook pro using field recordings. Tempo / time sig:24 bars of 3/4 timing with each bar lasting 2. 5s. Or 12 sets of 6/8 at 5s per bar with a total length of 60s. Filters:hipass pumped at 60hz, -5db. Lopass pumped at 1200hz at -6db. Delay set to 0. 05s at 600hz with a 60% wet mix. Arranged with the tonic 5th as a constant with the last (fifth) 5th in the circle, starting and ending with the tonic. Second 5th enters in 5s, third in 15s and the fourth in 25s as the fifth stops. The fifth 5th begins to fade back in after 10s of silence, which begins the process of the second, third and fourth fading out in that order. The fifth 5th is at full volume as the loop turns, as is the tonic. The mood changes noticeably as each consecutive 5th begins, and changes again as the following 5th joins the loop.

This is an upload for a sample request (http://www. Freesound. Org/forum/sample-requests/32975/ ) for a person who wanted a haunting melody with some layers in the key of g# / ab. I am not a melody guy, so i don't know if i've got the notes right or if the piece may even fit the description of what the guy wants, but here it is!. Edit (mar 2018): no need to ask if you need to give me credit. Up to you. Just continue your amazing work with sounds & music. ;). Specs: 80bpm, 48000 hz, 24 bit, wav format, (i think it is in the key of g# / ab), original file name - haunting tone in g# abinstruments used (all found in reason 5 soundbank; all virtual): "a" piano, grand piano, pizzicato strings, violin, a random ghost layer synthesized in maelstrom graintable synthesizer, double basseffects used: a little equalization here and there; a little bit of delay on the pizzicato strings; volume automation.

The sound is coming from the fans of a server. By pulling out one of the fans, all other fans turn up to 100%. The microphone is located above the air duct exactly in the middle of the case and thus between two fan fronts. The soundfile starts with the fans on standard speed. After a few seconds the fans turn up to 100%. I left them there for a few seconds and then quietly plugged the removed fan back in. This fan now also switches to 100% - this is the single, delayed "speed up" that can be heard from second 35. About 10 seconds later, all fans return to normal speed. Unfortunately, a colleague came in at that time and ended up talking into the recording. Due to lack of time, i was unfortunately unable to repeat the audio that day, but will certainly do another re-recording in the future. Feel free to use the sound; no attribution required. Feel free to write me in the comments what you used the sound for. Equipment:røde lavalier microphonesound devices mixpre-3 ii. File:wavmono96 khz32-bit float.

[absolute_silence_00. 50_sec. Wav]. S/o to rlc209!. Here's what rlc209 dm:ed about this silence: "yeah, it was no joke, your wav file was perfect. I created my first ios app a couple weeks ago and i needed to play a quick silent file to buffer the sound player function within my app so that it would play the game sounds as normal without a slight freeze or delay. ". --------------------------------------------------------------. Absolute silence! intended for the freesounders that truly need some absolute, real, clean silence!. This is not an early april fools joke 2020. I've actually thought about releasing/publishing silences for a long time now (for years!). It shouldn't exist only free sounds but also free silences !. I saw that some freesounders needed clean silence to use as "blank space". That's why these silences were created!. I am not 100% sure what silence can be used for otherwise, but it can be useful for some things when you think about it!. If you enjoyed the silence, please rate, comment, spread! it really helps!. Note: make sure to check out the other matrixxx-silences! the silence quality is always better when you download the silence(s)! ⛄. Enjoy!/matrixxx.
