No credits needed! use it however you like!. I felt like sharing this snare drum sample i managed to create in about 20 minutes using a random drum sample, noise generators, and a little synthesizer with some heavy processing going on. It's very punchy and probably very usable, too.

Field recording of a large electricity distribution transformer next to a canal in birmingham uk. There are various sound sources, and beats occur as the magneto-striction is phased by arrival time at the mic. This recording is from further away than the first one. Zoom h2 front mic wind shield some wind noise.

Noise of a solar power dc-ac inverter on a sunny day. A static hum with some kind of a rhythmic modulation. Sometimes other noises like a bird singing outside, however mostly the pure sound of the inverter. Recorded x/y stereo with at4041 mics into a pmd661 recorder. Eqed in fabfilter, there used to be a sine beep at 15. 8khz, inaudible for many people but it would have been even more annoying for those who can still hear it.

Real electrical hum, lifted from the beginning of a public domain film before the action started. Like the kind of hum you get when there is a short circuit or ungrounded wire. With a little bit of authentic static thrown in.

Dark and powerful sound of a vintage, beast of a power amplifier, switching on. This is an older recording i had lying around, fades out at the end. Could for example be used as a sound effect for a title screen, or turning on a big piece of equipment.
