This sound actually resampled using1) metal clanks2) cinder block falling on the ground3) metal impactenjoy!.

Here is me running across the floor. It is quieter in the beginning of the "run pass" and gets louder then fades again to simulate distance. I did multiple passes so you will probably need to edit it based on what you want to do with it.
