I took the wilhelm scream and added a splash effect at the end to simulate a person jumping off from a dock or a boat into the water. The sound i used are from the public domain. Gentle sea wash recorded on at the beach about half an hour away from my house. The audio was captured with a high quality sennheiser shotgun microphone (i forget the model sorry) into a tascam dr100. This is an under water recording of some bubbles. I filled up a laundry bin with water, stuck a sennheisser md21 (dynamic omnimic) wrapped in a plastic bag in there (under the water level). I pumped bubbles from the bottom of the bin through a bicycle pump. Gear used: md21 -> m-audio dmp3 -> terratec ewx2496. Completely unprocessed, 2:43 of 24 bit 44khz wave. Submission for the earthfirewindwater contest.

Recorded september 2012 at the northern beach of fehmarn island, germany, near niobe memorial. Recorded using a pair of rode nt5 mics in x/y positioning with nikolai windshields. Eqed with eq10q: low cut at 41hz, +4. 5db q0. 43 at 142hz, -3. 7db q0. 70 at 1980hz. Normalized in audacity.

Recorded with tascam dr40 at a very nice lake near potsdam/germany. Some optimizing with rx5 and cubase.

I don't know what combination of (free (as in beer)) vsts, ni komplete audio 2 interface, and behringer pro~1 synth produced this but i thought it was very soothing and definitely worth sampling!. The bass note at the beginning is f# if you want to use that as well ;). Was going to wait to upload a samplepack after i finish these 3 albums/compilations but this is just too good to sit on. Note to would-be producers: this is what mindset you get into after burning the candle at both ends buyer beware :upside_down_face:.

Standing on the rocks at dun laoghaire harbour, dublin while the waves crash up against the shore. It was a moderate to strong wind but the microphone was shielded from the wind by the rocks. Equipment:- tascam dr-100 mkiii- audio-technica bp4025- rycote baby ball gag windshield.

Audio taken from video filmed with mobile. It’s some kids taking a quick dip in the sea lygnern (near flohult, sweden). The girl says “oooh i have no feet!” when she comes up. Guess it’s her firs dip this year, but it is a coold sea….

The sea was fairly choppy/rough and this is a recording of the waves crashing against a break water/wall with some occasional spraying sounds. Theres a great stereo effect of the waves hitting from left to right. Could be a good sound for any on boat/stormy sea needs.
