Recorded myself doing some silly monster sounds in fl studio, synthesized it in harmor, and did some post-processing. The result, a pretty convincing werewolf-ish creature howl. Use as you please, a link to the end product would be sweet.

Recording mostly consists of birds and general life from people moving/talking as they arrive to their cabins with family. Its intended to represent a peaceful vibe with some human presence. I decided to not remove much movement/actions from the people such post because i felt it might suck out the soul of the recording. In post: in pro tools i removed some low rumble, and and trimmed the highs just a little bit. Added a "pro expander" to lower some noise, both generated by the h5 and the location. Ps. I have a version with 2 dpa 4060 in a ab stereo fashion of the same recording, abit noisy but its on my profile if you want to listen. Hope you like it.

Real sound were recorded with rode nt1 with the best gain settings and a spectral denoise post production for the best snri was collecting coins from my table, putting it in hand and the dropping to a heap.

Recorded some sounds, filtered out the noize, reversed it and put paulstretcher on it. Had to amplify the bass, because there was an incredibly awkward high-pitch sound in the background. I needed an alarm-sound for a small animation movie, so i recorded my annoying alarm-clock, then decided to upload it here. I post-edited it with audacity, cause i am a noob, regarding sound-processing :d i removed most of the background noise and i think this record is good enough to be used in your movies, games or songs. Bought a piece of 12"x24"x22awg copper sheet metal last week and was fascinated by the warble noises it made when i picked it up out of the box. Recording: easy voice recorder (android) on a samsung s7. Post-processing: 2-pass noise removal with audacity due to fluorescent light hum and other background noise.

This sound was recorded in april 2021 in a beach of monterosso, beatiful place very well know, (it is one of the "5 terre"). This recording was taken in the edinburgh cbd during the fringe festival in august 2022 in the early evening, around 7pm. I like it because it gives an idea of the unusual way that sounds travel in that city. I could never figure out the reason for it, but it was noticeable to me the whole time i was there. If anyone knows the reason please post it in the comments. The recording was made with the inbuilt stereo microphones of a zoom h5 portable recorder.

I produced this sound using massive exported through fl studio 20. Clean 808 bass sound sustained with no distortion, no bs, just that thing that makes your speakers jump. In the "word association game" (on this forum) i wrote mangle, as word no 2795. I zoomed in to my post. Made a screen dump. Cropped out “2795 – mangle”. Saved as a monochrome bitmap. Opened in audacity as raw data. Applied paulstretch. Got this swoosh-sound. Let me know if you use it :-).

This recording was taken on dangar island shoreline. It features the gentle lapping ocean on the beach with the occasional jumping fish. The recording was taken with a tascam dr-44wl and the onboard xy mic pair. Post recording the sound was cleaned up a bit with rx spectral de-noise, and then normalised.

Recorded the sounds with a zoom h1n in my apartment. Snare is a flick with my fingers on a wooden door + added snarebuzz in post production to it, kick is a hit with my hand on the wall produced some nice lows. I had to create an another track for just the transient, but essentially made from the same sound. Hihat is the stove's clicking sound with added reverb. Post production made in ableton live lite with mostly the integrated audio effects, but i also used some free plugins to create this drum loop. I hope you enjoy, it's 100% royalty-free.

I've been working on a plugin for unity to allow users to create short loops from arrangements of other loops. Seems to be working pretty well, pretty much like a low-tech version of acid. Anyways, this was a little arrangement i made as a test, and i kinda like it so i thought i'd post it here for feedback and such. Recorded using a single akg c451, run through an sqn 4s mini, into a tascam dr680d. Sorry it's not nice and stereo, but it was just recorded after an interview to give us something to work with in post. Might be panned hard left, too. This is a piece i put together using maestro for android. It took me about 90 minutes to do. If you haven't heard of this app, you need to take a look at it if you are a musician. The voices are pretty good in the free version (which i used for this), but i've read that the premium voices are better. Still, some of the free ones are really good. Do to a limitation of the h2n, it does not have a height channel. You can decode this file to mono, stereo, or surround with rode's sound field plug-in.

This is a recording i made using my tascam dr-40 field recorder. Used the xy pattern, no post-processing, just some edits to cut off unwanted noise, wind puffs and stuff. It was recorded in santo andre, state of sao paulo, brazil. This sample has street sounds, with rain, people chatting (in portuguese), bird sounds, cars, bikes and airplane sounds.

Soundscape of some pads. . Strange how the midi was created. . Used a granular device to create some sort of glitchy effect, then just converted that "melody" to midi in ableton, added stock ableton sound. And post processed to give it pad and ambience.

Sfx for a mail being delivered through a mail slot. It is a recorded with a hinged piece of metal screwed to wood because i no longer live in a place with a mail slot but needed the sound. Sounds a little thinner than a real one but it served my purposes. Recorded on a sd 702 with an ntg1 in a small video studio with cement floor and treated walls and ceiling. The beefier dropping mail sound was recoded in a small hallway with tile floor.

So, in the process of rendering a mono version. . . I decided to tinker. There's high & low pass filtering as well as a 4 band eq applied. Seems to have significantly reduced the noise. Line samples from a casio ap-45 on the default grand piano patch. Samples every c and g from c2 through to g8 with the sustain pedal down. Velocity is pretty aggressive and it doesn't sound quite in tune to my ear. Feels like it's a little bit out. You may want to tune these yourself, if you plan to use them for anything significant. No post processing done, so it might be worthwhile to normalize the samples out, if you're planning on putting them into a sampler for playback.
