This is from the 24th may 2016 morning thunderstorms over pécel, hungary recorded at 7am using my sony icd-ux512 stereo dictaphone.

This is a recording of water dripping into the downpipe of a a gutter. I like the rhythm and the tiny variations, it sounds like techno-music. Some cars are passing by.

Soft rain falling on my roof as heard from the loft/attic. Occasional traffic is background, occasional wind gusts and an aeroplane passes. Recorded on a sd mixpre3 with rode svmx.

Hot summer rain and thunderstorm in our garden plot in the afternoon on 7. June.

Summer rain falling at various levels of intensity. Occasional droplets hit a wooden porch. Audio has been denoised, equalized, and leveled to peak at no higher than -6 db. Waveform audio, 96000 sample rate, 24 bps, stereo.

This sound was recorded while driving down the road on my way to school while it was raining. I was traveling between 0 and 60 miles per hour. So there is a variation in the intensity of the rain falling against my car. As-well you gain a slight acknowledgement to the acceleration of my engine.

I recorded this soft rain in the fall. No thunder, just soft rain with a soft "ting" sound towards the end. I think that is the sound of a rain-drop hitting a metal fence near my recorder. Recorded with zoom h4n recorder with built-in stereo microphones.

A typhoon thunderstorm recorded in a backyard of an apartment complex in xinyi district, taipei city, taiwan, in late august, 2022. Rain can be heard falling on grass, the glass roof over the recording area, and various roof materials in the area such as tin, brick, concrete, and clay tile. Occasionally, there is thunder. Recording during a strong autumn storm, with heavy rain, in a large garden, surrounded by big pine trees. The wind was so strong, that i had a fear that one of the branches of the pines could snap and fall on me. The recording is a 32bit float, 48khz ms-stereo one, made with a sennheiser mkh 416, and ambient ate 308 emesser figure of eight, in a røde blimp with fur cover. I was amazed that the blimp did its job this good in this strong wind.
