Process: a while ago i worked on a game and recorded several sound effects, one track after another. With the session set up the way it was, i opened all the channels and selected a section and exported it. After exporting, i threw it into paulstretch, and rendered that at the default settings. One of the most haunting sounds that i have ever captured. I got on the bus one day and didn't notice anyone on there when i sat down, and then a few moments later, i started hearing this sound. I was confused as to what to do. Do i turn around and look at this laugh-er in the face? what would a person laughing like this do to me if i looked at them? how could a person even laugh like this? it doesn't sound physically possible. As more and more people got on the bus, i saw nobody looking in his direction either. Am i maybe imagining this sound? is there a tiny many laughing in my head?. Upon leaving the bus, i looked back and couldn't tell who must have made the sound, but regardless, it still literally shakes me a bit hearing this audio. . . . Recorded with an android phone and edited in audacity.

Making some loops, la la la. This was generated with a combination of ni reaktor, a paulstretch algorithm, and some clever looping in logic pro x.

A set of variations of a scary soundscape. May come in handy if you find an alien artifact and you want to show it on youtube and need some acoustic colours for it. Entirely made on a pc with software. No mic or instrument used. Most of the software i used for this is available for free. Mainly used: antopya, chimera and the alchemy player. .

Was playing with my spring reverb. This happened. Analog synths are capable of some sick sounds too. . . Sound straight from the synth. No editing or post fx anything.

Made this for a friend to go with a short film he made. Quite a rough mix. Completely free to use. Crediting me would be appreciated, but not required:)!. (there's some curse words on a few of the vocal tracks. . But i dont think it's audible. . No big deal, but just in case: 'explicit').

Bashing a metal wheelie bin in my neighborhood. Low, hollow, bassy metal echo. Raw audio, no edits. May be background noise.

This sound would be suited for background atmosphere in a nightmare movie sequence, or to blast out of your windows to the neighborhood on halloween. It was created in audacity by using a piece the audio track from the end of the movie "my cousin vinny". It is the line marisa tomei says as she and vinny are driving back to n. Y. (oh my god, what a f'ing nightmare). It was then noise-reduced, pitch and tempo adjusted, reversed, and paulstretched.
