A processed audio of tropical cicadas during the evening (6 pm). A few background noises slipped and were unable to be removed during audio processing stage (around 2. 3 khz and bellow were removed). These tropical cicadas are active during the evening. These cicadas are able to produce calls above 2. 5 khz. This audio was recorded around 25-50m from the source.

This sound is of a commercial airliner passing overhead. It was recorded using my zoom h4n stereo field recorder, as i faced east, looking over sun devil stadium in tempe, arizona on top of what they call "a mountain". It was captured around 3:30 in the afternoon, in the spring of 2014, with the airplane due east towards phoenix sky harbor airport, descending on approach.

This is a shotgun sound i made for my doom 3 mod "xtra", it is a juicy high quality sound specially made for games, it includes the fire and cock sounds of the weapon. Recorded outside louisville city hall next to the courthouse. Recorded around 9am on 1/30/2018. Recorded with a sound devices mixpre-3 with two rode nt5's in a x-y setup at an angle to emphasize the sound of footsteps on the sidewalk.

Clean sounds of twistling a 3/4 full dark chocolate bar (200 grams in full) in it's plastic wraps. Lastly there is a pure snap of one choco piece in half, which is just awesome. The chocolate is moderately thick (approx 1 cm) and it is originally meant for baking.

Here is a recording i made of my toilet flushing. I used 3 microphones, one placed in the bowl, one place on the cistern and one placed about 2 feet away from the toilet. The apple plaintalk microphone jack used on some older macintosh systems is designed to accept an extended 3. 5 mm three-conductor phone connector; in this case, the tip carries power for a preamplifier inside the microphone. The sound a rather fast repeating beat i made using an apple plaintalk microphone in a rather modern windows laptop using audacity. I messed around with the jack, and took out all the silent parts.
