I've had this saved for a while, and haven't really done anything with it (yet). How it was made: i took an old music box i got for christmas a few years ago, recorded it (obviously), slowed it down a little bit (it originally plays in g, now it plays in g-flat), and added reverb. The reverb plugin i use is called ambience. (it's really frickin' good. ).

Wrote/recorded a dark orchestral tune at 120-bpm using ableton live 9. Pizzicato and staccato strings done with native instrument's kontact5 player. Additional notes:-13. 9 lufs integrated-1. 0 db true peak max. Hope this helps and is useful for your next project. Cheers,bainmack.

Cinematic music.

A horn sound signaling danger approaching. Gradually increasing, it's basically saying, "oh crap, what is that?" originally recorded on a zoom h2, it's a sound of me humming. Of course it's been filtered, slightly stretched and had distortions of a high degree thrown in and filtered more to achieve the horn sound. Enjoy!.

Kind of a continuation on the "world in chains" theme. Here the ghouls are getting ready to seep out through the cracks in the pavement and pay the world up above a ghoulish visit. I'm creating a progressive loop that starts out with plenty of space between the sounds, but get progressively shorter to the point of overlapping. This is the base sound. The morning after christmas 2022 on hood canal. There was a king tide that came up over the stone wall. A king tide occurs when the sun, moon, and earth are in alignment and the combined gravitational pull causes water levels to rise dramatically. I took this recording right next to the pilings where the dock is connected. You can hear the water hitting the metal and wood as it knocks it around. The water eventually washed over the road.
