A foley recording of myself walking and simulating walking on grass for a short-film.

I recorded this in 2015 for an audio drama. It's me walking on wet, muddy ground in different speeds.

While i was recording the atmosphere of a park in tokyo, a helicopter suddenly passed over me. It didn't seem to be an attack chopper. Relieved. Somebody walked by in this very moment. At835st set to wide stereo mode and korg mr-1.

The sound of a giant walking and rumbling the ground. Very short fades at beginning and end make this suitable for continuous looping. Created in audacity from "cinematic deep rumble" by swiftoid.

This random sound was recorded with an iphone. It is the sound of a few footsteps in grass, and then someone picking some grass. I'm sure someone could use it, right? xd. Varying speed of footsteps on concrete in an empty room.

The story begins by a music that i found. A open door, heels, then silence, a chair, computer sounds with mouse, retake of music and close of the door. , who is the ending of music too. To produce that, i choose audacity; i take recorded moments of life. For the technique, i choose a fade in and fade out for the music and the recorded sounds fit well together. For the moments of silence, when the work begins, i only let the recorded sound talk without music. I choose to work with two mono audio tracks: on for the music and the other for the daily sounds.
