A soft texture for synth pads in a3. Built by layering several sine-wave generators to create the note a and some of its overtones. It was then drowned in reverb. The sine-generators played just a short impulse, what you hear is the tail of the reverb, to give it more richness. Post-production: reverb.

Ambisonic b-format recording recorded with the coresound tetramic in pittsburgh, pa. *note: you will need to decode this b-format ambisonic file with a plug-in such as the (free)surroundzone2 which allows you to decode the file to a surround, stereo, or mono format. Also note that these are fuma bformat files (and opposed to ambix bformat).

Passamezzo moderno/"Gregory Walker" chord progression in C major, beginning with tonic chord in first inversion and continuing using minimal-change and "closest-packing" rules (minimizing each voice's change from previous note and keeping each chord's notes as close to each other as possible; resulting order of inversions is first-root-first-second/first-root-first-second-first)

This is me playing the ancient (very rare) notes which bach created being really drunk. I'm a classics master, so i worked really hard to play it perfectly just as the note sheet says. Feel free to use anywhere, it's classic!(created with care using ableton, grand piano and 2-octave keyboard).

Bowed-and-fingered tremolo notation. Midi file doesn't convey real quality of tremolos and their differences on open strings versus stopped notes.

Acid bass: 110 bpm c2 note, not your typical saw/square basslines. High sweeping filters in parallel sampled in ableton using massive, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random presets, and very little other effects used, mostly so this sample can be re-sampled. 110 bpm so it can be pitched up which is usually better then having to pitch samples down. Check out my songs on soundcloud :d.
