Me ripping a piece of paper out of a old college ruled notebook.

I recorded this sound in a dry cleaning shop in istanbul. One of the employee is ironing, other ones are doing another work or just talking. Note: i raised the gain level at the middle of the record.

Made with soundiron emotional piano.

Knocking tree times on a metalic door, close up, several takes. Note that a small electric rumble should be removed. France, 2018. Recorded with schoeps ab ortfrecorded on nagra ares bbwave stereo, 48khz, 24bits.

Stereo recording by pond with loud frogs and audible birds. Some wind noise. Note i've now uploaded a "noise reduced" version. Search my sounds (the ones by "maphill").

80's horror. An electronic sound that alternates between two adjacent notes. [cc zero] b72.

A synthesized cello sound created through audiosauna. I'm not sure i'll ever find a use for it, so maybe you will. No claims on realism; that is in the eye of the beholder. This is the note a sharp in octave 3.

My g-raid external hard drive turns on. I recorded this with my logitech webcam pro 9000 in audacity. Note: the hard drive isn't as laud as the recording is. I amplified it a lot.

From high to low the notes are e, f#, d#, b, f#. Has a nice suspended sound. Slice it up and turn it into a pad.

Two metal singing bowls, approximate notes d and a, tapped with a felt-covered beater (the d first, then the a a moment later). Recorded with tascam dr-05, edited for simple fade in and out in audacity.

I'm note sure where or when i recorded this, but it features a number of interesting and useful sounds. It opens with a nice tone, and features various evocative scenes.

A recording of a superb lyrebird, near bogong village in victoria, australia. Note some raindrops falling on the recorder! it was a wet spring day;). Recorded with a zoom h1, post-production in adobe audition.

My, rather extreme, attempt at creating a super-square sound on the d50. Only single notes played and, as always, no external effects and direct recording without overdubs (stereo 16 bit, 44. 1 khz).

Completely synthetic heartbeat at approximately 60bpm. Note: very low bass, you probably won't hear this on a laptop/tablet. . . It only works on headphones or through a set of real speakers.

A sound which reminded me a lot of the gameboy. I've named it after the gb's cpu - the sharp lr35902 - which also handled the gb's audio. This is the note a of octave 5. (created with audiosauna. ).

Just the bell without anything else - no keys, no carriage return - just the bell sound. Note: sounds quite bad in your browser because the peak is -1 db. With mpv and vlc it sounded as expected.

Match being lit-up on the side of the matchbox, then flame being blown out at the end. Recorded using the smartphone's voice notes app. The audio was cut and converted from. M4a to. Wav using reaper.

This is what i will be beatboxing at my school's talent show next week. Note that right after i say "are you ready" i hold the microphone to my throat. That's why the beat has more bass.

Late afternoon in rainforest in las piedras, peruvian amazon. Lots of birds/frogs/insects. Of note is the little tinamou, screaming piha,and the scaly breasted wren, very close.

Hit with another glass. Long decay time. Quite nice for sampling. 400 hz ≙ ~g4. Recorder/mic: zoom h4n pro (stereo x-y)processing: denoiser.

I recorded this in my house, with galaxy note 2 - and made the sound by hitting a metal desk wtih my hand (it was really hurt!). First i bang it once, and then i bang it several times. .

Paper handling sounds. Recorded with audio-technica boom mic on a zoom h4n.

High tide on the beach, with moderately gentle waves and surf occasionally hitting the rocks and pebbles. Recorded on location at long rock beach, near penzance, cornwall in england. Note: this is the stereo version.

A multisample of strings sound from vintage soviet synthesizer rmif opus incl. Internal chorus. Two notes from each octave (c and f#) were sampled.

Psytrance bassline designed with serum and rendered at 24-bits resolution and 48khz sampling rate. Bpm is 137 and notes are g0. Bass uses distorsion, delay, reverb and eq.

A 2 note sequence i recorded from behringers crave (sequence is programmed on the crave) inot logic. I played with the filter cutoff manually while recording. Just recorded not edited.

This is a combined bass note to give you a dark but slapped sound. Works in all daws. Works best for grunge, goth, dark hip hop songs.
