This is a recording of the sea-side. The wind noise was was difficult to remove (i hadn't used a wind shield for the microphone); so i decided to use it as part of a sound designed piece. I would use this as background for gaming or for radio drama; you may use it however you wish.

I bought this, and while fiddling with it i became mesmerized by the sounds it made. So i decided to record them foley-style. Recording starts with 15-second noise floor. Recorded with an iphone 7.

Recorded at ferry terminal in tsawwassen, bc, canada. It's like alfred hitchcock's the birds in there! they have a pesky starling issue. Thousands of noisy birds hanging out under the shelter of a tall metal tower -- kind of echoey sound, some wind and mic noise. Recorded with iphone on the spur of the moment cause it was so impressively noisy!.

The last breath of a creature, maybe a dragon, whatever floats your boat. I'm a game developer, but i also like creating sfx, and other cool stuff. So i was feeling like creating a small mmo for fun, but thought to myself;how on earth am i going to make all those sounds?so i searched a bit on the net for possible cool sfx techniques, and later on decided to just experiment with audacity myself. For this sound i recorded my own voice two times (i can make some weird sounds),and edited them in audacity. The result came out as some kind of dragon, and i was pretty pleased with it being my first organic voice. Use for whatever you like, a credit and a rate would be appreciated.

This is not a complete composition. This is a loop i created for people who play d&d or any rpg or game thats similar. It will loop perfectly. It is not diverse enough in composition to be considered a finished track, nor is it dynamic enough to be a finished song, it is a 3 min 30 seconds loop with the midi used on 2 different synths so it doesn't get more boring than it already is. A groovy & sinister tunei made in garageband for something called victors crypt!. I couldn't sleep so i was playing around with a drumbeat. I kinda liked it so i added staccatto string-chords along with a bass in the same notes. Things start growing and ended up something groovy with a spooky touch. My dog and i hanging out in the iso booth. She had a lot to say. Stereo miktek c5's, omni caps about 2 feet away. Very dry of course, so sounds great adding room ambience in post. Credit my dog as "olive" please.

A metallic pad with lfo weaving in and out in amplitude/filter. Includes some lfo modulation, so some peaks are longer than troughs and vise versa. Used in an experimental scene to symbolize birth. Recorded with a roland groovebox self-sample utility straight to wav, which is pretty good sounding. Though i've found this method results in reduced high frequencies.

Recording of a building construction site with high winds; contains equipment drones, backup beeps, some backhoe noises, and occasional high wind with whistling. Recorded on an amazon basics usb condenser mic in stereo mode, and normalized to max volume before upload. This was originally me trying to record the wind sound, but there's really too much construction noise, so let's not waste it! :).

I have no idea what this was. I don't know if it's my voice or an external sound i didn't hear while recording. I saw this huge storm brewing, so i put my laptop next to an open window, thinking that i might record a nice atmospheric recording of rain and light thunder, and i caught this thing, no more than 500m away. I had the sensitivity turned all the way up, and the microphone i am using isn't the best, but someone might get a use of it :).

I had no idea what to call this, i was just messing around with a few riffs while recording so here you go! yes there is a bit of "the trooper" by iron maiden in there lol idk why it just kind of came out while i was doin the power chord thing because i didn't know where to go next.

I placed the recorder on the ledge of the doorway in my hall, this is me walking back and forth between two rooms. I have a reason for making this recording, these are the parts i would have deleted, so i cut them out and joined them together.

I was playing around with a mic i borrowed from my school when this little plane flew over my house. I quickly opened my window and recorded this sound. You can also hear some birds and kids playing (i live near a school). The sound is heavily gained so you should hear some noise.

The local library has a printer whose noise i thought was quite unique. I forgot to record it the first time, so the second time i checked out books i made sure to record it. There's a little bit of background noise, but it is a public library. [please let me know if you use my sound in anything!! i'd love to hear where it ends up].

About 5 minutes of ambient audio of surf crashing on the rocks of hokitika beach near sunset point. Recorded with a zoom h1 in february 2017.
