Explosion sound. The explosion sound was a mixture of a the initial explosion, the a wind sound that may be heard when there is an explosion and the rumble effect that would also be picked up on. I had to re sample all of these separate operator sounds and then put the audio track in a sampler the add some final touches. These included large hall reverb and utility for the large impact explosion and rumble sound as well as panning, reverb and delay for the wind sound to give it the effect of traveling around a surrounding area with the sound slowly decaying.

De/en/theme-worlds/gondwanaland/)its a dome where a tropical rainforest is emulated. Really great climate there - warm and moist. There are some wooden structures to climb up in the trees. August, 2nd 2013. About eight and a half minutes worth of summer evening ambience, with crickets and cicadas leading the evening songs. Nothing too eventful, but a nice finish to a great day. Recorded at 48khz, 24 bit. Stereo pair of behringer c-2s (cardioid). The mics have an on-board 3-position switch, with labels "flat," "low-cut," and "-10db. " the switch was set in the -10db position (whoops!). It is unclear if this position also activates the low-cut. Additionally, a 24db/oct low-cut applied in pro-tools at 80hz to clean up a slight wind ruffle. Since it was late at night, and the rest of the family was in bed, i opened my window and placed the microphones (almost) right up against the screen. The a/c unit you can hear is directly below the window. Around the 4:45 mark, the digital thermostat hit a programming mark and kicked the air conditioner back on. We held a fundraiser for a local charity and it included a place for people to get together, play board games and an n64 was set up. The sound features three people including myself playing a multiplayer level of donkey kong, people chatting, the heater running, elevator, faint backgroudn music and the sounds of the nearby hallway.

Today, i was wake up in 6:45 am in morning. My mom going texas children hospital to flu shot for covid-19. My mom bought me blueberry muffin,my sister chocolate muffin and my mom bread. My mom going home depot and kroger. My mom buys cheese, lettuce, tomato and chips for nachos. I ate nachos. I was full. At 2:45 pm, i hear rain and loud thunderstorms. I recorded on my phone.

Street noises and atmosphere from a walk up first ave and across 14th street, east village, nyc. Including one very loud siren that goes from left to right. Includes a quick pop-in to the quiet lobby of the post office. I'm pretty happy with the recording overall, but the road noise sometimes sounds a bit muddied.

This is one coqui singing alone. The file was remasterize to eliminate other insects and noise sounds. Was recorded in the west of puerto rico island in the caribbean on june 19, 2022. A curiosity not too many people notice is that the individuals and species sing at different hours of the night and are affected by temperature and humidity. Rain increments the volume and intensity of frequency of the different species, some days one to 3 species can sing. Others you can hear up to 6 species in conjunction with other types of none arboreus frogs.

50 claps made in blok modular from scratch. Supposed to sound very unrealistic/dry/drum machine-like as possible so you don't have to sample the real thing. Some of these use asymmetric waveshaping which adds dc offset (0 hz noise) so you may want to highpass the crustier ones. I would've uploaded a zip of the individual hits but because of the way freesound works you'll have to chop it up yourself.

Recorded around midnight in mount saint francis woods in southern indiana on the kentucky border on a dr70r with shotgun mic. Not loopable as the wind picks up over time and is noticeable when you loop back to beginning. Light editing in reaper (eq down some wind sounds, splicing out distant traffic). Individual bullfrog chatter sounds also on profile.
