Sometimes when you play audio from vinyl, you hear some distorion when voice rising up in the track and dissapearing distortion when voise rising down. This sample eliminates this distorion. Tested on several music track and it works excelent for me.

I recorded this for a project i was doing, and because i used so many samples from this site on the project, i figured i'd give some back too. This is the sound of my dorm room at nyu, recorded in an xy configuration with two condenser microphones.

My first glitch sound that was made in audacity with raw data that imported the shell32. Dll from my windows 10's pc.

Electron textures produced utilizing ableton vinyl distortion.

The approach of the electronic cigarette caused in el. Guitar this sound. I was scared during the recording, then i cheered :-).

Recording made by artist, oliver payne for the greensand country landscape partnership to celebrate the sites and sounds of the greensand ridge. This recording is of the onsite solar panel in the car park of sandy lodge. Recorded with edirol r05 and telephone pick up.

Peaky noise sweep, using resonant band pass filters then a sharp cut tail.

Each accidental pattern was mined out of a much longer recording. I noticed these interesting sequences of noises while editing other samples over the years and threw them into a catch-all folder. All of these were recorded with a usb-stick mic so they have a nice lo-fi distorted quality. Try looping any of these patterns and you'll hopefully understand why i selected them.

I don't know i am doing. The sound is from a old turkish movie and it says "dear, god! what happend?".

Made with synthesizer, distortion, doubler, delay and stereo imager. But i think i need more heavy distortion!.

This is a sound made to represent an abstract mass of people. It is mostly made with 100 blips made from using a phasor as an oscilator, so basically a saw tooth. There is some snippets of voice thrown in too. This sample is public domain, ignore the cc license.

Digital noise obtained playing an mpeg video file with an old winamp version (non video capable).

Noise left after dithering and phase canceling a tone. A tone was created with audacity's tone generator. Another version of the tone was made by downsampling and dithering the original tone in ableton live. I then phase cancelled the two sounds by switching the polarity of one of the tones and blending them back together in audacity. Because of the phase canceling, none of the original tone can be heard. Only the noise added during dithering remains.

Simple uplifting sound, made on a rainy sunday. Try to use it in my trance music production.

This sound was generated with a tilted gba cartridge, with a bit of noise-reduction applied afterwards.

Uk birmingham canal between icc and aston, large factory with very powerful extractor fan exhaust from roof running in foreground. Air flow noise superimposed on fan motor drone with some phasing. H2 zoom front mic with wind shield, hand held, some wind noise, worse towards end, missed the foreground fan switch off.

Loopable sample of electrical system noise (caused by impedance mismatch on a recorder's gain stage. Neither white nor pink in quality.

Ambient noise created with the melda noise genertor vst plugin, the melda auto pitch vst plugin and the illformed glitch vst plugin. Loopable and suitable for background treatments.

I connected the mike to my pedals & amplified itthrough a nice, vintage oldschool farfisa tube guitar ampi had been getting from charleroi, some week before.
