Recording of wind and rain in a storm in south uk, 28th oct 2013. Wind can be heard blowing through nearby woods and leaves rustling. Dripping of rain from the eves of the house. Mostly white noise hissing with volume rising and falling. Recorded using a canon d550 out the window/door. The files were edited to remove wind when it directly blows on the microphone.

Thunderstorm aftermath. Sounds of a thunderstorm about 10 minutes after it left the area. So low rumbles and rain dripping. The sound was recorded using a yamaha audiogram6 connected to a radioshack brand vocal microphone. Sampling was done at 44,100hz and the data was recorded using audacity. I recorded everything as a wav file and then uploaded it the same.

Heavy rain hitting a slightly open window. Loopable. :d. This sound was accidentally recorded when sampling a storm. The window was slightly open, so the outside rain is slightly audible. Recorded with the zoom h2's built in mic's.

This is the sound of rain hitting the top of my chevy malibu. It's recorded from an interior perspective. Recorded with: sanken cs-1e, fostex fr2le.

This sound was recorded while driving down the road on my way to school while it was raining. I was traveling between 0 and 60 miles per hour. So there is a variation in the intensity of the rain falling against my car. As-well you gain a slight acknowledgement to the acceleration of my engine.

Planted my iphone 6 right at the opening of a garage during some pretty heavy rain. Includes broad rain sounds, some close drips, some distant cars and an occasional bird noise. Pretty multi-purpose i'd imagine. Have fun with it. Or don't. I don't own you.

An exhaust from a power-station recorded outdoors with some rain in the background.

Recorded near a drainpipe, i have no idea what the bass wind sound in the background is. I think it was some sort of exhaust from the basement around, but i don't know why it turned off and on. In any case it makes for a very spooky ambient effect.

Summer storm in switzerland 2018.

Thunderstorm with three distinct peals. Birds occasionally audible in background.

A sudden spring rain storm recorded indoor in a courtyard, so it contains some natural reverb. It also contains a heavy thunder in the middle. Please, excuse the quality, it was suddenly recorded with a mobile just when it happened.

22 minutes stereo recording of a thunder-storm including 3 major strikes at 0:15, 15:00, and 21:00. Rain in the background. Digitally recorded as 48khz-24bit-wav (device: zoom h4).
