A futuristic engine sound that is loop-able for game development. Can work for hovering sounds, futuristic crafts, or space scenes. Recorded with a tascam dr-05 from a printer cooling down.

I made some quiet sounds in to my mic and layered them together.

I've been looking for a similar effect for quite a few years and no one has built one. So, using a simple synth and bass drop worked wonders for what i needed. The sound effect is from the matrix and is the sound heard near the beginning when the police are attempting to arrest trinity, just before the agents get upstairs. When trinity jumps, this is that effect. This version has been slowed down some. See my other one to get kind of the replicated version.

I made this by playing a piccolino recorder and then adding reverb to it. There was a loop ready-made in garage-band that i used as a model but then changed it because i didn't want it to loop. I added flourishes so that it ends. This is the intro for an audio book i am recording but since i created the sound, i can share it. I would be happy if anyone else wanted to use it. No need to give credit etc.

This is a whale-like horror ambient sound effect. I made this in 2018 but for the life of me i don't remember how. Either way it's heckin creepy. This could be used in the background of a horror video or something.

Horror birds - morning birds recorded with h2n, cloned to 4 tracks in audacity, pitch shifted by various amounts and one of the tracks paul-stretched and sped up. Mixed down but then removed lower frequencies (wind or traffic rumble became too noticeable). Normalized. Here's the result.

A 70bpm beat/loop sequenced using renoise 3. 0. Samples were either created from scratch or modified after being recorded in my basement using the sampler built into renoise. The microphone used for recorded samples (of a keychain) is the one that comes along with the m-audio microtrack 24/96. Sounds good in reverse too.

Once again, my cousin. He was just being weird and he wanted me to record him, so i did. And i got this, among other strange things.

I've scanned the radio frequencies with an old radio and recorded with my tascam dr-05 via the headphone jack. You can hear some weird looping patterns and sound fragments from random radio stations.

A single scissor cut, with voice addition. I really enjoy cutting hair, especially in certain situations. You have to cut hair before you can shave the, um, neck. So i put my heart into it. Somehow i just know someone's imagination will run with it.

This one is a violin tuning sound. I slowed it down and modified it in wavepad.

Created using a patch on the roland mc-505. I recorded it through a m-audio fast track pro into sequel 2.

I was recording wind that blows in my window, but the zoom h2 placed on a (cheap) mic stand after some time started to bend itself downwards. It hit the curtain/drape in my window and rubbed itself against it until reached the lowest position - the mic stands arm stopped gently as it started. This produced a very interesting sound that i totally didn't expect to find on the recording. Edited with audacity.

Heavily edited sounds that sound weird espicially if you are using high stereo quality playback like headphones.

A weird heavy choppy riff which can probably be chopped up into one longer piece to set something tense.

Experiments with ornament & crime "viznutcracker, sweet!" mode into braids generated several minutes of digital glitch sounds. These were then edited into a morphagene reel (and one-shot sample pack). The sounds are useful in isolation. Single splices can be looped and stretched into drones, triggered as percussion effects, etc. These sounds also work as a glitchy performance pool, and can be layered and juggled through a morphagene performance.

A 160-bpm musical loop mash of drums, synth and bass. Somewhat strange and probably unpleasant sounding. Created in fl studio.

This is a recording i made of a handle-less serrated knife rubbing against another of the same type, back and forth. I then cut out the lighter points to leave the heavy tones, then i gave it a little stretch and filtered it. Recorded on a zoom h2.

A long, squeaky, almost metallic-sounding toot that ends in an upsweep to a high pitch. Completely real, processed with audacity for a more consistent tone and volume.

Tapping large water bottles (metal) against a leg to hear them make melodic sounds. You can hear the slosh of the water inside and the resonant tone. Noise reduction and amplification were applied to this sound using reaper.

I take it for the phone vibrates and also used in my film for electric motor starter.
