I was looking for a smoke machine blast and a c02 gun blast for an after-movie sound design, but i couldn't find a proper sound on the internet, so with my sound design knowledge, i tried to replicate those noisemakers. Hereby is the first sound from my pack which is coming soon. You are allowed to use this in any festival/after-movie video you have, no need to credit me. Greets, tapesome. Lazer sound. I made this lazer sound with the use of operator in ableton as well as adding a few effects to help round it out. I started with a basic sine wave and then began to adjust the frequency range to cut out some of the low end of the sound and enhance the high end to make it more realistic and movie accurate. I also had to shorten the decay time so it is more of a short zap sound than a prolonged note. Another step was giving it an initial high pitched sound and this was achieved by having the sound start higher up the scale with semitones and then dropping down giving the effect of shooting and something traveling from the source sound.

Graham cracker foley recorded with a pair of mics in xy stereo arrangement (close), and small diaphragm condenser mic (far) running parallel. Processed in reaper with ambient noise reduction, compression, and eq. Each file mixed according to the title ("far" or "close" dominant).

Sounds of a ceramic coffee cup being hit with a steel spoon, single hits and repetitive fast hits for imitating a bell of sorts. Caution: may get noisy and ear-piercing ;). It's just a strange, weird sound i created based on a percussion hit and processed with a lot of effects in ableton.

Heavily pounding bassdrum originally made from 10 litre bottle punching sounds recorded with my fake shure c608 mic and heavily processed by adding some modulations, distortions, layering some attack and setting bass part (under 200 hz) to mono. Will be nice choice to produce hip-hop drums, or experimental techno also for making cinematic thunder-like booms.
