A space-ship laser firing sound with a retro-y 8-bit effect. My work, feel free to use in any way however you'd like. To make this, i used a synth in cubase to get the basic laser sound, then exported to garageband where i applied and tweaked the bitcrusher effect to give it the 8-bit effect.

Extracted from camera recorded content, tidied up with audacity mono and noisegate. . . I also listen for problems and cherry pick to avoid weird sounds. . No rubbish dry sample. If you want to use these sorts of sounds (good for games or video), remeber adding reverb back is the trick to making the sound big again.

Some fire for you;. What you hear here is me getting a match out the matchbox, and striking it, and then let burn the match, till it flickers off, i blow at the end, as if it was not out yet. I'm an enthusiastic and i created and attempted my first gun's shooting and respective reloading sound. Totally lo-fi, using metallic door bangs and many other rattlings. I boosted some 'ugly' harmonics so you can adapt it as best as your mixes need it. Similarity: i'd say it sound like, known in videogames, a sub-machine gun; a small full-auto gun. Like a p90 from cs:go or a msmc from cod:bo 2.

This is the gas stove in my apartment. The clicks of the starter and the *woof* of the first starting.

Two shots fired with a barrel gun by my own hands, the second shot is a bit distorted. I think i recorded this with a h2 zoom around 2012, it's not very clean but usable.

I made this by layering the sound of scissors, and heavy pieces of metal and mixed them with some eq and distortion. This is made with audacity. If you use this sound please link to my page in the credits!!!.
