A creepy clown laugh inspired from sweet tooth from twisted metal. Source is my own voice. I've never seen anyone really lose it like this before, particularly, this guy. An hour or so later he's settled down, but still has occasional outbursts. I think if they had the fortitude to actually do this, they could feed the world's hungry with the profits. I don't see how they could pull it off.
