This is a recording of a second flight test of my dji phantom 4 pro drone in my bedroom of my apartment in italy in the province of rieti. I remember that unfortunately i am a blind boy, but unfortunately i have this passion for these radio controlled models. This recording was done with the shure mv88 digital stereo microphone connected to my iphone 12 pro.

This is an extended version of my previous entry recording of the radio patch from the houston fbi field office i recorded from my police scanner. They do a radio check test every thursday night. They call various federal agencies around the houston area in the new p25 digital radio system, not analog. Some of the agencies respond, some do not. I wanted to post this so the other agencies could be heard during the radio check. Enjoy!.

This is a warm up thing i do its derivative of thunderkiss '65 by white zombie its really funky and fun to improv with that little riff they got going on in that song. Running water into a bathtub. The faucet is audibly turned on and off at the beginning and end. The temperature of the water is tested at several intervals resulting in some variation to the water sound. Individual drips can be heard after the water is turned off. Take 2 of 2. Tornado siren in streamwood, il recorded during the monthly test. This version is heavily edited, with some filtering and compression applied, as most of the recording was distorted (i was too close to the siren!), although it should be useable with appropriate filtering to suit your purpose. The actual siren is located a short way north west of the geotag (it should be visible using google's satellite view). Recorded using a rode ntg2 into a zoom h4.

I accidentally sneezed while testing audio levels but it happened to be self-contained with the right volume for an isolated sound effect! recorded on my new blue yeti nano with noise reduction applied. I wasn't really prepared when it happened so there might be some minor clicking/noise and i couldn't really remove it. Free for anyone to use and i'd love to know if anyone includes it in their projects!.

This sound is a 1-sample long impulse at 48 khz. It covers the whole frequency range with equal power. This is a perfect sample for exciting your guitar amp or reverb unit to capture it's impulse response (ir). You can also play it through a speaker in a reverbant room to capture it's reverb characteristics. Remember that the ir sample will be no flatter than your speaker's performance multiplied by your microphone's performance (frequency response characteristics). The sample has exaclty 1 second of silence, then the impulse, then another second of silence to ensure the impulse will be played clean and untruncated on any sound system or device. My test with ir lv2 convolution plugin have proven, that this sample has absolutely flat frequency response - convolved signal was identical to the source signal. After normalization and sample-alignment of the sound clips i have inverted the polarisatin of one of them and summed them - result was absolute silence, even no hiss was present as a result. This shows the accuracy of the convolution process and proves this sound to be perfect for sampling ir. The impusle was generated with c* dirac ladspa plugin. Created using audacity.

Recording of noise produced by unplugged microphone jack on my computer. Weird whistle sound moving from 6. 5 khz to 15 khz randomly with pink noise on background. Removed dc part of the sound and normalised with audacity. Sound was cut to make it loopable. I bring the uoki-toki polivoks vcf to self-oscillation and tune the vcf to ca 270hz too. I let the lfo sweep the frequency. Cv1 pot at ca 70%. What happens. . .

Recordings from one of my workshops at uni. Gareth stuart is playing while we test mic techniques for: interaural intensity difference, interaural time difference and which techniques and positions reduced the instruments natural hiss, but we also discovered that a lot of people like the clarinet's tuneful hiss. We used an ab split stereo pair , xy pair and then an ortf pair. Used rode's nt5 pair, veeery nice.

The single module has 3 outs. 2 of them are controlling vcaa and one is connected to an envelope follower that generates a trigger when the cv is high enough. The signals in to the vca are the same (1. 5v). A way to illustrate the work of the module. Maybe.

While trying to get my microphone to work, it was having this unusual feed back buzzing pulsing sounds. Along with a strange noise. (this wasn't my voice, and the file hasn't been edited. ). "who's there?" and the "hello's" are of course me, trying to get the microphone to work. I decided to record it after i felt it was strange. Processed kick with good transientmade with ableton and been tested with monitors, its been eq'd and a compressed. This sound it at -0. 1db instead of 0. 0 so it's definitely not clipping. The sub of the kick is made in ni massive and then processed with all most every plugin i have. I took surprisingly long to make because it was originally meant to be secret for one of my own tracks but i never really used it so it has a lot of hidden detail that is just waiting to be downloaded lol.

I eat rice cracker and sip coffee. I tried to make as much noise as possible. This is a test recording with korg mr-1. I recorded this sound at 1bit/2. 8mhz (dsd) and converted it into 24bit/44. 1khz (pcm). If you could listen to the raw dsd file, you might think you were here with me. Unfortunately, i can't upload dsd version, so i chose 24bit pcm for keeping better quality. Reality was lost to some extent, but i think you can feel the touch of the original one.

Is jerkoff a stable lfo when not using the input to disturb the rythm?my answer is. It can be relatively stable, but sometimes it is wobbling around. The recording is from a wobbly jerkoff. One output to osc cv in and another to a vcf vc in. The third output goes to a comparator. The comparator generates a trigger every time the cv is passing the threshold level.

A continuous blank record groove running almost 22 minutes in length. This is from the unused backside of a 1961 test pressing made for a commercial release on the mgm record label. Nothing is looped or enhanced in any way. The final 28 seconds of the file is the stylus riding in the lock groove near the label. When i first tested out my zoom h5 i began talking into the mic and then all of a sudden i needed a sneeze. I was about to stop the recording but then thought it would be good to record the sneeze to see how it handled my loudness. Well it coped very well and the recording came out perfect!so, here it is. Created for fun to document the first test launch of the (fictional) falkon8 space rocket to take humanity to the rings of saturn. After the countdown the engines start. During liftoff, ground control engineers talk to the pilots to help keep the rocket on the right course. The launch crew and pilots are talking in a particular regional northeastern italian dialect. The mission launched from the san marco platform, italian "luigi broglio" space center. This is a sound of vintage soviet transistor organ junost 75. I have sampled one tone per octave in its 5-octave range, which is sufficient to re-create the original sound (tested on ensoniq asr-10, korg tr6 and casio ctk-900). But if you use only the middle sample, you can still simply create a great combo organ sound. This sample has ben recorded while all 4 registers were switched on. For succesful re-creation i recommend to slightly decrease filter cut-off, to add some resonance and fast vibrato. Enjoy!.

Bird singing recorded at around 3:40 am with yinger bm 800 ldc-microphone in front of my open window, i had to add some noise reduction because of my computer fan with reafir (there isn't really much of that noise left, atleast if compared to original). You can also maybe hear ocassional space bar-click sound maybe twice, but it's still pretty useable clip in my opinion, i recorded this just to test my new microphone, and because i couldn't sleep because of the loud birds singing, and in revenge i recorded that with my shiny new yinger bm800.
