Bells tinkling in a loop. Like the sound of someone constantly ringing many little bells. This was made from several different recordings of bells tinkling, all overlaid on each other and looped in reaper.

There is also a sound signal of the school bell ringing that signals that class is about to start. You can hear people talking throughout the recording.
