Broken string from a turkish banjo that i tense and distend manually to pitch up and down.

I recently found this awesome sounding metal cover in my workshop and decided to do some high quality recordings with it. I used akg c414, a neve portic 5012 preamp my rme bayface and some slight postproduction (compression and slight eq). The sound is open source and can be downloaded in 24bit wave here.

Found a spiraling spring earlier on the day of recording and dropped it to hear what sound it would make. Recorded on the zoom h6.

I may have mentioned that his speaking voice wasn't always low. In this capture he's completely excited and happy and this is probably, his real voice. This went on for a while, but there was a lot of profanity and laughter and we don't wanna be disrespectful. Ha. I don't, anyway. I don't think he liked her much. A former boss, he said, who'd slept her way into her job and had no idea how to do it. He said if you looked up "nasty" in an unabridged dictionary, her picture would be in there. He was going to the funeral, he said, to make sure she was really dead.

I tried to make a sound when you very hard place a sticker/tag on a wall or window. A loud punch sound with some kind of liquid splash created with my mouth.

Sounds of inside a bag, next to other light materials and a mostly filled metal water-bottle that makes 'boing' sounds because of the forces exerted on the bag from walking actions.

I imagine a sci-fi space frog jumping around. Good luck with that thought.

This is not a complete composition. This is a loop i created for people who play d&d or any rpg or game thats similar. It will loop perfectly. It is not diverse enough in composition to be considered a finished track, nor is it dynamic enough to be a finished song, it is a 3 min 30 seconds loop with the midi used on 2 different synths so it doesn't get more boring than it already is. The window in my studio has an exceptionally long tail of the spring vibrating. I could see this with some effect thrown on being very useful in music or fx situations. Recorded with a zoom h6, stereo xy attachment with internal compression.
