This is a recording of several professional gas-heated clothing dryers running in a laundromat. It was recorded from about three feet away near the left end of the dryers operating, near the front-loading doors of the dryers. Heavy, cyclic, mechanical rumbling sound. Recorded with a h4n and built-in mics, stereo, 96 khz / 24 bits. April, 2012.

I have no idea what this is, it just turned up on a recording. Still sounds like it would make a pretty nice critter effect for some monster.

Lifting and moving hangers with and without clothes on them, on a metal rail, as though browsing through items in a clothes shop.

Placed a thick sweater fabric on a pillow and recorded me slapping it with an open hand. Great sweetener for punches. Cleaned recording with rx4. With a little bit of limiting, compression, and bass enhancement i'm sure this will sound great for your needs!. Equipment: zoom h5 and rodes ntg3. No processing. This is a clothing rubbing foley sound, emulates the sound of couch moving, chair adjust, writing on table, moving around in clothing.
