The mitosis pack is a pack generally founded on just 1 beat pattern, the most common dance drum pattern found in techno music and trance. 01. 03. 17: happy new year, everyone. This is one of a couple of mouth swooshes i made for a papier-mâché style animation. Sweep up, small break, then a mouthy impact. Recorded with iphone 6s, edited and processed in logic.

I moved the zoom h1 n onto the window sill in the veranda. It picks up the rain beating on the thin plastic roof sheathing above, and on the glass windows next to the window sill. It is rainy weather - january winter rains on vancouver island. It is a hard driving rain. My recollection is that it was about twelve millimeters in one hour. It was wet, the trees grow fast & tall.

The apple plaintalk microphone jack used on some older macintosh systems is designed to accept an extended 3. 5 mm three-conductor phone connector; in this case, the tip carries power for a preamplifier inside the microphone. The sound a rather fast repeating beat i made using an apple plaintalk microphone in a rather modern windows laptop using audacity. I messed around with the jack, and took out all the silent parts.

Background noise at a noisy japanese diner called saizeria in tokyo. Recorded sometime between 10:00-11:59 pm, you can hear people drinking and eating and having lively conversations in japanese. This is a stereo recording made with 2 coincidental mics at 120゜angles and 2 coincidental mics at 90゜angles.

A close-up stereo recording (3 meters) of a freight train idling then passing by. You can hear the train slowly accelerating more and more, until it is going by at very fast speeds. After the train has gone by, the train can be head in the distance. (sound was recorded using a mzr-700 md recorder and a sony ecm-ms907 microphone).

A short and simple tapping riff. All guitar tracks were recorded with an ibanez rg7321 plugged directly into an m-audio fast track pro. I used cubase as my daw and plugins by tse audio and lepou for overdrive and amp simulation, respectively, some stock cubase plugins (eq, compression, delay, etc. ) and some drum hits were added using superior drummer.

Recording of a male slowly breathing in through his nose which i made for a poetic video edit. 4 slower + 1 fast breaths in. 3 slower breaths out. Recorded with my rode ntg-2 on a tascam dr-40 at 96khz 24-bit. Cut in premiere pro and exported with same settings as recorded.

This is a field recording of a fast approaching freight train coming and going with whitsle blaring. I continued to record the sound of the wheels rumbling on tracks - fades at end. This is my edited version. I'll upload the raw recording and i'll name that file "train upon us" recorded in buda, texas on main street.

A fidgety drum and bass loop with a cowbell, a bunch of claps, shakers and tambourines, arranged in fl studio, run through fl studio's gross beat plugin, which was set to 1/2 speed slow, and this is what the original and the processed drumloop sound like combined.

A synth chord i placed in fl studio. C a f c. Using a saw square and pulse pwm wave for combo. Then put a sweeping band pass filter from top frequency to bottom frequency. Then i put a panner with the speed lfo sweeping from fast to slow. Next the right amount of reverb. Finally some copmression and normalizing. Using sound to reach out to angels.

Imaginary futuristic car driving through desert. Danger in the air. Scifi tension. Instruments used for sounddesign: pro 53 (sound of car and wind) and the freeware synthesizer da hornet (artificial horror sound). Slow lfos, filter and pwm modulation,3 voice unisono, internal chorus fx (pro 53), no additional effects, faded out. Da hornet - fast pitchmodulation.

Sounds of a ceramic coffee cup being hit with a steel spoon, single hits and repetitive fast hits for imitating a bell of sorts. Caution: may get noisy and ear-piercing ;). I recorded this for my own sound design purposes (game sfx) and thought i would share it with anyone who may find it useful - if you do, please help yourself and enjoy!.

In short: for a horror game when a monster spots the player. I made it so that it would "turn on" when the monster spots the player in a horror game i was working on, i got bored and deleted the game. I guess you can use it for a similar purpose. It's very trash but it's the first audio i've ever made, plus i had a "crazy weird insanity" audio in mind, so it kinda fits what i wanted.

Recorded myself typing on our old desktop computer's now garbage keyboard likely over a decade ago with my old nokia e66 smartphone. I then edited this recording yesterday to find out how much i would be able to improve the already decent quality. A door is trying to keep itself closed with a strong wind (very fast thanks to the mountain). You can notice the cracks: it's old, more than 30 years old. I left a wall clock running by mistake, but i think it can't be noticed. If you do and don't want it, i have another recording with it stopped (same name, number 2). Recorded with a zoom h4n. Jet-ski being started on a lake in florida. Microphone on dock directed at jet--ski, jet-ski driven fast away for about 75 yards, slowly turned around, driven back to shore at more moderate speed. Engine turned off when it reaches shore, waves from jet-ski also heard. (when jet-ski reaches shore it is off axis for the microphone). Seadoo 2 stroke engine. Rode ntg-2, sound devices mix-pre, zoom h4n.

I recorded this sound with the microphone from the logitech quickcam for notebooks pro. I know, the webcam is really old but i happened to find it from my brothers room and used it for a microphone replacement. You may say it distorts a lot, but that's just because the original setting of level is 50+ db. Now onto the topic. I spinned the usb cord around the end, and tried to do it fast enough to create this sound. This is a modified sound from its original. Spectral editing in audacity has been done.
