59 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Hoover"

Vacuuming carpet with a panasonic upright commercial vaccuum cleaner at one of my banks. Recorded with voice recorder on an android samsung mobile phone. Normalized in izoptope rx. You can hear some sand and debris being sucked up in this recording.

Recorded on iphone, eq, filtered and mastered. I made it with my nails passing them over the table.

For a request in the forums: "the sound you hear when you're standing late at night on top of a big hydroelectric dam"soo. . I've never been to the hoover dam or somesuch, so here's an impression with manipulated aquarium pumps and brown noise.

Potable hoover (vacuum as known in the states) powered-on. Portable vacuum cleaner turned on. Short sample which can be looped. Two samples are included, the first is about 30cm away from the microphone and the second is a close-up to the microphone. I would advice using the end of the audio file to apply noise removal however have left this upload of the sound unedited so you can tweak this yourself to find what fits your project best. Noise removal may not be necessary at all depending on how you incorporate the sound. Also to be fair, how do you add noise removal to what is essentially glorified white noise?.

This is the sound of seagulls, ducks and other water birds competing with gigantic carp fish, and each other, for food on lake mead. It starts mellow and and grows into a full-blown frenzy with lots of calling, quacking, chirping, splashing, thrashing and slurping (from the fish). The hoover dam isn't far from this lake, so tourist helicopters occasionally pass by. I hope you all like it. :).
